Job summary

XP Power LLC is seeking a General Ledger Accountant in the Philippines to maintain the accuracy of the company's general ledger and support timely financial reporting. The role involves journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis, playing a key part in month-end and year-end processes.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, along with 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a multinational environment. Familiarity with SAP and understanding of US GAAP or IFRS is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of general ledger or core accounting experience.
• Experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the company's general ledger.
• Prepare and post standard and adjusting journal entries.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
