Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) in the Philippines is recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our Assurance team. You will be the main point of contact from GDS for tasks assigned by global client serving assurance teams and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables while managing day-to-day operations of engagements.

Qualifications

• CA/ACCA/CPA certification required.
• 3–4 years post-qualification experience in external assurance.
• Semi-qualified with 6+ years in assurance may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from the GDS and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Review procedures performed by GDS staff with EY tools.
• Manage resources, monitor utilization and budgets.
• Mentor and coach team members and conduct performance reviews.
