Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) in the Philippines invites applications for an Assurance Senior Associate. You will lead engagements from the GDS front, ensure timely, high-quality deliverables, and partner with global assurance teams to uphold EY GAM standards.

You’ll apply IFRS/GAAP knowledge, manage workflow, allocate resources, coach junior staff, and drive continuous improvement across engagements while demonstrating professional communication and collaboration with regional and global

Qualifications

• Freshly Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI).
• 0-1 year of small experience in Assurance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Project management, leadership, coaching and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from the GDS front and ensure timely, high-quality work according to EY GAM and Global team expectations.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of GAM during reviews of procedures performed by GDS staff, leveraging EY tools.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with EY Global counterparts like Assurance executives in Americas or Europe.
• Develop understanding of EY Quality and Risk Management procedures and ensure these are embedded into the engagement team’s work.
• Proactively discuss workflow management, allocate resources, monitor utilization, and budget to actuals.
