Job summary

EY is seeking an Advanced Associate for EY Assurance, joining the GDS team in the Philippines. You will support routine substantive and controls-based procedures for global client-serving assurance teams, with opportunities to work virtually or directly with Americas and Europe engagements.

You will deliver high-quality assurance work, demonstrate understanding of industry risks, collaborate with the global engagement team, and continuously learn EY technology to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce with 1–2 years in financial accounting and assurance concepts.
• ACCA or CPA fresher is welcome.
• Strong communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality assurance deliverables in line with EY Global methodology.
• Demonstrate understanding of industry sectors and associated risks.
• Interact with global engagement teams regularly.
• Suggest improvements by comparing review procedures across clients.
• Maintain ethical and data confidentiality standards.
• Participate in calls with EY Onshore teams.
• Learn and apply EY technology and tools to improve service delivery.
