Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) in the Philippines seeks an experienced Senior Manager for Assurance with a strong focus on Asset Management, Hedge Funds and Private Equity. You will lead and coach teams, ensure timely, high-quality deliverables, and manage relationships with key clients across global engagements.

The role requires deep experience in assurance, international exposure and the ability to drive growth, quality initiatives, and service delivery improvements within EY’s GDS.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Indian accounting and assurance standards.
• Asset Management, assurance experience with Hedge Funds and Private Equity.
• Effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Project management, leadership, coaching, counselling and supervisory skills.
• Strong project and people management skills with experience in serving global clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Be an effective manager by empowering, monitoring, coaching and motivating the team.
• Identify development opportunities and training needs for high performing managers.
• Identify technical and non–technical training needs with respect to client servicing, decision making, people issues, etc.
• Conduct Assurance team’s performance reviews, serve as a positive leader and mentor, and play a significant role in the team’s performance.
