Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Lead GCP Platform Engineer to own the Google Cloud foundation used across client engagements. You will design landing zones, IAM, networking, and monitoring, while advancing secure, multi-tenant cloud patterns.

In this remote, day-shift role, you’ll guide a team, collaborate with clients, and apply the Well-Architected Framework to meet data residency and compliance requirements in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong delivery experience in Google Cloud Platform for client engagements.
• Knowledge of IAM, OU and policy-driven security for Gemini Enterprise.
• Deep experience with VPC/VPC-SC, networking and landing-zone design.
• Proficient in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and CI/CD.
• Multi-cloud exposure with secure interconnect.
• Technical leadership and ability to guide others.
• Excellent communication with client heads and leads.
• GCP certification preferred, hands-on candidates considered.
• 3–5 years GCP exposure or broader cloud experience with meaningful GCP exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own the Google Cloud foundation used across client engagements.
• Design secure GCP landing zones: org, IAM, networking, billing, monitoring.
• Implement identity-aware network security and multi-cloud interconnects.
• Provision Gemini Enterprise platform with proper access, connectors, and governance controls.
• Apply the Google Cloud Well-Architected Framework to harden environments for data residency and compliance.
