Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a GCP Platform Engineer to own and standardize the Google Cloud foundation across client engagements. You will design secure landing zones, manage IAM, networking, and observability while implementing robust DevOps practices.

This role is remote from the Philippines and follows a day shift. The ideal candidate has strong GCP delivery experience, relevant certifications, and a track record in multi-cloud interconnects, policy-driven security, and leadership in delivery.

Qualifications

• GCP certification (Cloud Architect, Security Engineer, or Network Engineer).
• Strong client-facing GCP delivery experience.
• Knowledge of IAM, OU and policy-driven security.
• Depth in VPC and landing-zone design.
• DevOps / IaC with Terraform, CI/CD, logging and monitoring.
• Multi-cloud exposure and secure interconnect experience.
• Technical leadership and delivery oversight.
• Strong communication with client heads.

Responsibilities

• Own the Google Cloud foundation and standardize multi-tenant, managed-service-ready platform.
• Design and build secure GCP landing zones including org structure, IAM, networking, and monitoring.
• Implement identity-aware network security and cross-cloud interconnects; drive DevOps/SRE practices.
• Provision and configure the Gemini Enterprise platform with proper access and governance.
• Apply Well-Architected Framework to harden AU data residency, DLP, and privacy compliance.
