Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Senior/Lead GCP Platform Engineer to own the Google Cloud foundation across client engagements, delivering secure landing zones and multi-cloud interconnects. You will guide technical delivery, lead IAM and policy-driven security, and drive DevOps practices in a remote Philippines setting.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial GCP delivery experience (consulting / client-facing).
• Knowledge of IAM, organisational units, and policy-driven security for Gemini Enterprise.
• Depth in VPC / VPC-SC, networking, org policy and landing-zone design.
• DevOps / Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), CI-CD, logging and monitoring.
• Multi-cloud exposure and secure interconnect experience.
• Technical leadership and delivery oversight — able to operate autonomously.
• Strong communication skills — liaises with client heads and leads.
• GCP certification: highly preferred but not knockout.
• GCP experience: 3–5 years hands-on exposure; broader cloud acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Own the Google Cloud foundation for client engagements, multi-tenant and managed-service ready.
• Design and build secure GCP landing zones, including IAM, networking and billing.
• Implement identity-aware network security and robust DevOps/SRE practices.
• Provision Gemini Enterprise platform with proper access, connectors, and governance.
• Apply Well-Architected Framework to harden environments for data residency and compliance.
