Solaire Resort in Metro Manila is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Attorney to serve as the daily liaison with PAGCOR and regulators, draft and file regulatory submissions, and monitor licensing obligations. The role involves advising on regulatory changes, maintaining calendars, and ensuring compliance of new products and terms.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor, be admitted to the Philippine Bar, and possess 2+ years post-admission experience, with preferred PAGCOR exposure and knowledge

Formación

• Juris Doctor, admitted to the Philippine Bar and a member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, with 2+ years of post-admission experience.
• Experience before PAGCOR is strongly preferred; experience before NPC, AMLC, SEC, NTC, or DICT will be considered.
• Working knowledge of Philippine gaming regulation, the Data Privacy Act, and the anti-money laundering obligations applicable to casinos.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the department's day-to-day point of contact with PAGCOR and other regulators as required.
• Prepare regulatory correspondence and submissions, including license and accreditation applications and notices.
• Track new issuances affecting the license and advise on changes, deadlines, and owners.
• Maintain compliance calendars and review policies annually with owners.
• Review products, games, promotions, and terms for license compliance before launch.
