Job summary

Undisclosed iGaming in Metro Manila is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead compliance programs, ensure operations meet applicable laws, regulations, and licensing conditions, and promote a culture of responsible gaming.

In this on-site role, you will monitor regulatory changes, update internal policies, conduct risk assessments and internal audits, prepare regulator submissions, and collaborate with finance, operations, legal and product teams to embed strong controls.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in iGaming or highly regulated sectors.
Background in regulatory affairs: interactions with regulators and submissions.
Analytical ability to assess risks and translate regulations to guidelines.
Understanding of finance concepts related to compliance and controls.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Public Policy, or related field.
Experience in regulated industries such as iGaming, fintech, or finance.

Responsibilities

Oversee compliance programs and ensure adherence to laws and licensing.
Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly.
Conduct regulatory risk assessments and internal audits.
Prepare reports for regulators and coordinate inquiries with cross-functional teams.
