About the Role

The Paralegal Specialist supports the Legal Team in legal research, corporate documentation, regulatory compliance, and administrative matters. The role coordinates with PAGCOR and other government agencies, monitors regulatory updates and filing deadlines, assists with ongoing legal matters, and maintains organized legal records and document repositories. The position also supports legal counsel and ensures the confidentiality of company and business information.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in legal management, Paralegal Studies, Political Science, or a related field.

At least 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the gaming or other highly regulated industry.

Excellent knowledge of Philippine laws, particularly those pertaining to corporate and gaming matters.

Strong legal research, writing, documentation, and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other document-management or productivity tools.

Effective communication and coordination skills.
