Job summary

Alter Domus in the Philippines seeks a senior team leader to oversee client relations and drive a multi-jurisdiction team delivering fund administration services.

You will lead Managers, Senior Officers and Officers, shaping operational excellence, managing risks, and fostering client relationships while developing an international team across Private Credit, Real Assets and CLO domains.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years in asset management, preferably within fund houses, fund administrators, or the Big Four.
• Knowledge of Private Credit, Real Assets, CLO.
• Minimum 4–5 years of leadership experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of fund administration processes.
• Proficient in reviewing complex processes, managing escalated client issues, and nurturing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pioneer team in planning and execution for Private Credit, Real Assets, CLO.
• Provide coaching, planning, and performance management for the team.
• Ensure quality control and timely delivery across services.
• Act as central point of contact for accounts, assessing risks and delivering solutions.
• Develop training and support frameworks to enhance team capabilities.
• Build internal and external relationships and lead training sessions.
• Ensure workflow input and resource allocation to maximize utilization.
• Support internal reporting including compliance and audits.
• Escalation point for servicing issues; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Represent team in handover/onboarding and drive system/process changes.
• Monitor KPIs like quality, timeliness, errors, overtime, productivity.
• Lead local initiatives to boost engagement and efficiency.
