Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a senior team leader to manage a client portfolio and lead Officers to deliver high-quality fund administration. You will guide performance, assess risks, and drive improvements across operations within a dynamic, merit‑based environment.

You will coordinate team work, review outputs, and act as a focal point for client accounts, while supporting internal initiatives and professional development through Alter Domus Academy.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in asset management, fund houses, or administrators.
• Several years in Private Equity or Real Estate Fund Administration including NAV tax compliance.
• Fully qualified Accountant (ISCA/ACCA/CPAA/AICPA/CA).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven leadership of teams with independent initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of clients and guide Senior Officers and Officers to meet needs.
• Coordinate and validate all work delivered by the team.
• Act as central point of contact, identify risks, and propose solutions.
• Ensure all operational aspects of the account are managed.
• Contribute to internal projects such as product development and improvements.
