Job summary

Alter Domus in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Fund Services Manager (Financial Reporting) to lead a client portfolio and drive high-quality financial reporting. You will coach accounting staff, review work, and act as the main contact to identify risks and propose solutions for client needs.

The role requires 6–8 years in asset management, strong IFRS knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and Word, with a track record in leading international teams and delivering accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in asset management will be an asset
• Good understanding of IFRS will be considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Word
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience leading teams and working in an international environment

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of clients and guide your team to meet their needs
• Coach and review work of accounting staff and senior accounting staff
• Act as central point of contact to identify risks and provide solutions
• Oversee financial monitoring and client invoicing for the portfolio
• Coordinate and validate all work delivered by the team, ensuring quality
