Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Fund Controller Senior Associate to oversee fund operations for registered and private funds, ensuring accurate reporting and strong risk controls. You will liaise with portfolio, risk, legal, and client teams to deliver governance materials and improve data-driven oversight.

You will coordinate NAV, regulatory filings, and audit readiness while partnering across locations to ensure consistent oversight and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in fund services with fund accounting and regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of registered investment fund operations, controls, and exceptions.
• Experience with US GAAP and IFRS frameworks for funds.
• Familiarity with regulatory filings and audit readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute risk-based oversight of fund operations including NAV, expenses, distributions, and fee billing.
• Review outputs from service providers, identify exceptions, and drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate fund financial statements and audit support with stakeholders and auditors.
• Oversee regulatory filings (N-PORT, N-CEN, NPX) and track deadlines.
• Maintain oversight records and ensure data accuracy in internal systems.
• Produce governance materials for committees and boards.
• Lead vendor oversight and track remediation actions to closure.
• Develop metrics and reporting highlighting risks and initiatives progress.
