Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a Finance Operations professional in the Philippines to manage alternative investments data, reconciliations, and client reporting. You will onboard clients, process capital calls and valuations, and support performance reviews for direct reports.

Ideal candidates have a Finance-related degree and 3–4 years of Finance Operations experience, with Fund Accounting/Alt Investments exposure and Investran knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Audit, Economics, or related field.
• 3–4 years of Finance Operations experience.
• Fund Accounting/Alternative Investment experience is required.
• Experience working with the Investran system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter alternative investment data such as capital calls, distributions, and valuations.
• Prepare cash reconciliations and wire transfers for cash movements.
• Reconcile metrics like unfunded commitments, IRR, and MOIC with client data.
• Understand the customized services provided to clients.
• Onboard, train, and support performance reviews for direct reports.
• Serve as the primary client contact and onboard new clients.
• Analyze and onboard client datasets.
• Serve as an expert in alt investments data management and reporting.
• Assist with portfolio analysis, risk management, and reporting.
• Review client net worth reports for accuracy of data entered.
• Assist clients with report design and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter critical alternative investment information (capital calls, distributions, and valuations) for clients into a workflow/performance system
• Prepare cash reconciliations as well as wires for cash movements
• Reconcile agreed‑upon metrics, including unfunded commitments, IRR, and MOIC, and exchange data flows with clients' platforms
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the customized services provided to clients
• Onboard, train, and assist with performance reviews for direct reports
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, onboard new clients and historical data
• Analyze and onboard new clients' datasets
• Serve as an expert in alternative investments data management and portfolio reporting
• Assist with portfolio analysis and monitoring, risk management, and reporting
• Review client net worth reports to ensure that alternative data entered by the team is accurate
• Assist clients with report design and improvement

Profile

• Microsoft Suite experience, including proficiency in Excel

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Audit, Economics, or a related field
• 3–4 years of Finance Operations experience (or similar)
• Fund Accounting/Alternative Investment experience is required
• Experience working with the Investran system is a plus
