Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in the Philippines invites applications from experienced accountants to join our Real Assets team in Alabang.

You will review financial statements, coordinate with auditors, and supervise junior staff while ensuring IFRS and US GAAP compliance and accurate property-level reporting. This role offers a collaborative environment, exposure to complex fund structures, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in accounting
• Professional accounting designation preferred
• Designated accountant or working towards CPA
• 4+ years of public/private real estate accounting work experience
• 2+ years of supervising/coaching staff
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
• Experience in Limited Partnership accounting a plus
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
• Motivated, bright and diligent individual who meets deadlines
• Team player with ability to manage responsibilities
• Sound judgment, problem solving and analytical skills
• Liaise with property management companies
• Knowledge of real estate multi-family and commercial real estate accounting
• Advanced MS Excel and proficiency with MS Word, MS PowerPoint
• Knowledge of MRI, Yardi, or Investran a plus
• Able to work at Alabang office (Filinvest 2 Bldg., Northgate Cyber Zone)

Responsibilities

• Complete and review operational deliverables per SLAs
• Act as central contact for clients
• Assist Operations Manager in workload allocation and process improvements
• Support staff with their work and prepare complex deliverables
• Resolve items with clients
• Ensure client deadlines are met
• Support conversion of new clients and migrations
• Liaise with auditors, legal counsel, investors
• Review quarterly/monthly reports and working papers
• Review capital activity and allocations
• Review partner allocations and admin/manager fees
• Prepare trial balances and financial statements
