Job summary

SVEN GROUP is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across front-end, back-end and API layers. You will collaborate with project teams, mentor peers, and help drive architecture decisions for both web and mobile projects.

You will work in a hybrid setup near Quezon City, leveraging Laravel/CodeIgniter, REST/SOAP APIs, and a modern JS stack (Vue/React/Angular).

PHP, PHP framework - Laravel / CodeIgniter.

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, Sass / Less.
RDMS – MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL.
Version Control System – Git.
Linux OS – Debian / RedHat Distro (Ubuntu / CentOS).
Command line operations – Shell /Bash / CMD / PowerShell.
Network and Data Security.
Cross-platform optimization and responsiveness.
2+ years of experience in Agile development.
Project coordination and organization skills.
CMS – WordPress / Drupal.
E-Commerce – Magento / WooCommerce.
Vue JS / Angular JS / React JS / Redux.
Node JS.
Scrum / DevOps.
AWS Essentials / Architecting / Operations.
Continuous Integration / Delivery – Jenkins / CircleCI.

Must be willing to report on a Hybrid setup (once to twice a week) in our office in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain applications or solutions (front-end, back-end and API) to meet client requirements and specifications.
Write well-organized, efficient, and testable code that consistently guarantees and considers performance, scalability, security and cross-platform responsiveness.
Tests, troubleshoot, find alternative solutions to technical issues.
Continually update and improve technical knowledge and skills and learn new technologies for development.
Extend (technical) help and support to other developers and project team members when needed.
Participate in project planning, technical requirements gathering, scoping, system design and architecture.
Provide technical recommendations and help execute them to fulfill project objectives and requirements efficiently
Assist and support the Technical Development Manager to oversee web and mobile projects from initiation to completion
Communicate clearly and properly with project team members (internally and externally)
Estimate amount of technical work and time needed per assigned task
Ensure prompt delivery of output according to schedule
Check output and follow up dependencies
Update Development Manager and stakeholders on progress
Guide, motivate and mentor web developers
Help enforce and improve development processes, tools, methodologies, coding practices and standards
Lead and support efforts to innovate and establish roadmap of the Technical Services Division
