Job summary

SVEN in Quezon City, Philippines, is seeking a UI/UX Designer / Front-end Designer with at least 1 year of experience to translate client requirements into wireframes and interactive prototypes.

You will collaborate with product owners, developers, and creatives to ensure design guidelines are followed, maintain design assets, and contribute to data-driven design decisions while working on-site when required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as front-end developer or UI/UX designer.
• Proficiency with Adobe XD and Figma; Photoshop/Illustrator a plus.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; able to influence stakeholders.
• Experience leading and developing teams; able to present and report.

Responsibilities

• Design project scoping: translate client requirements into a UI/UX proposal and wireframes.
• Lead UI/UX requirements: establish design guidelines and coordinate with product owners and developers.
• Design insights: identify data-driven trends to inform design strategy.
• Team collaboration: mentor teammates and support design/development processes.
• Front-end QA: ensure designs meet guidelines and are delivered on time.
