Job summary

SVEN in Quezon City, Philippines is seeking a Senior Full Stack Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain front-end, back-end, and API solutions. You will participate in planning, architecture, and delivery, while mentoring teammates and ensuring quality code with a strong focus on performance and security.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development, proficiency in PHP/Laravel or CodeIgniter, REST/SOAP APIs, and modern CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in full stack web development.
• PHP, PHP framework - Laravel / CodeIgniter.
• API / Web Services - REST / SOAP.
• Version Control System – Git.
• Command line operations – Shell /Bash / CMD / PowerShell.
• Cross-platform optimization and responsiveness.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain applications (front-end, back-end, API) to meet client requirements.
• Perform front-end and back-end development mastering speed and complexity.
• Write well-organized, efficient, and testable code focusing on performance and scalability.
• Lead and mentor web developers; extend support to project teams.
• Participate in project planning, requirements gathering, and system design.
• Oversee progress and report development updates to managers and stakeholders.
