Job summary

V2 Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineering Tech Lead to oversee the development of complex web applications, guide a team of engineers, and ensure timely delivery of reliable software solutions.

You will provide technical leadership, make architectural decisions, and stay current with modern web technologies, while mentoring developers and collaborating with product managers to translate requirements into scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of full-stack development experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/tech lead role.
• Strong frontend experience with JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js or similar frameworks.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby on Rails or similar server-side frameworks.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web services.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, mentoring them on complex projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Make architectural decisions and set coding, testing, and deployment best practices.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, maintainable front-end and back-end code.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to standards.
• Address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical challenges promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and modern best practices.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and report progress to stakeholders.
