Job summary

Centaur Digital Marketing Ph Inc is seeking a Web Development Manager (Full-Stack) to oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of client websites. You will lead a team, drive WordPress customization, and support Shopify integrations while ensuring security and performance.

The role requires strong full-stack development skills, experience mentoring developers, and the ability to manage multiple websites across hybrid onsite and remote work arrangements in Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• At least 6 years of professional web development experience including full-stack work.
• Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring developers.
• Strong WordPress development experience and ecommerce maintenance knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple websites or projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, deployment, maintenance, and improvement of client websites.
• Develop and customize WordPress sites, themes, plugins, and third-party integrations.
• Support Shopify websites through theme updates, app integrations, tracking, and troubleshooting.
• Manage hosting, migrations, domains, DNS, SSL, staging, backups, and deployments.
• Monitor website security, performance, vulnerabilities, and risks.
• Review code to ensure quality, security, accessibility, and performance.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and act as primary technical escalation point.
• Mentor and guide the web development team; assign workloads and monitor timelines.
• Provide estimates, recommendations, and feasibility checks for projects.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Design, SEO, and Marketing teams.
