Job summary

Sharesource is seeking a Remote Full Stack Software Engineer based in the Philippines to build end-to-end features using .NET 7/8, Angular 14/15, TypeScript, MySQL, and Elasticsearch. You’ll also contribute to Ruby backend services and maintain legacy AngularJS/Angular 8 systems.

Expect technical leadership, agile collaboration, and innovation in AI-assisted development. You’ll own your work from design to release, mentor peers, and help set engineering standards while balancing new development

Qualifications

• Experience with full-stack development using C#/.NET (7+) and modern front-end frameworks.
• Maintaining legacy AngularJS and Angular 8 systems.
• Exposure to Ruby on Rails or Ruby backend services.
• Strong MySQL design, queries, and optimisation.
• Elasticsearch knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with trunk-based development and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and JIRA-driven workflows.
• Willingness to work in an AI-assisted development environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in Agile delivery with scrums, sprint planning, and JIRA workflows.
• Own the design, development, testing, release, and support of your work.
• Full stack development across backend, frontend, and database.
• Design and optimise MySQL databases.
• Contribute to trunk-based development and keep code production-ready.
• Write and maintain automated tests; ensure your work meets requirements without a dedicated QA team.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and uphold engineering standards.
• Architect scalable, maintainable systems balancing new development with legacy support.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity, quality, and delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
