Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer in the Philippines for remote, day-shift work. You will design, develop, and implement enterprise applications across Quality Management, EH&S, Food Safety, and Compliance.

You will analyze requirements, deliver scalable Java-based solutions, and collaborate with clients to ensure successful deployments and training. The role requires 5–10 years of software development experience, strong Java/JEE skills, and solid web tech knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java/JEE development.
• Solid experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with experience working with clients or stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications supporting Quality Management, EH&S, Food Safety, Risk Management, Compliance, and other digital solutions.
• Research, analyze, and deliver software projects from concept through implementation with high quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Develop, test, debug, and maintain Java-based applications, documenting designs and procedures throughout the SDLC.
• Collaborate with implementation consultants and clients to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and support product installations and training.
• Provide technical support, identify improvements, and contribute to continuous innovation using modern technologies and best practices.
