Job summary

Sharesource is seeking a Remote Full Stack Software Engineer based in the Philippines to build end-to-end features using .NET 7/8, Angular 14/15, TypeScript, MySQL and Elasticsearch, while maintaining legacy AngularJS and Angular 8. You will contribute to Ruby backend services as needed and own your work from design to release.

You’ll mentor teammates, set engineering standards, work in an Agile team, and leverage AI tools to boost productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven full-stack experience with C#/.NET (7+), Angular (14+), and TypeScript.
• Experience maintaining legacy AngularJS and Angular 8 systems.
• Exposure to Ruby on Rails or Ruby backend services is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL design, queries, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

• Agile Delivery: actively participate in scrums, sprint planning and JIRA workflows.
• Full Ownership: design, development, testing, release and support of your work.
• Full Stack Development: Backend: C#/.NET 7/8 and Ruby; Frontend: Angular 14/15 and TypeScript; MySQL database.
• Trunk-Based Development: keep codebase production-ready.
• Testing & Quality: write and maintain automated tests in no-QA environments.
• Technical Leadership: mentor peers, lead code reviews, uphold engineering standards.
• Architecture & Design: build scalable, maintainable systems balancing new and legacy work.
• AI-Enhanced Development: leverage AI tools to boost productivity and quality.
• Continuous Improvement: identify and implement tooling and process enhancements.
