Sharesource Australia BPO Corporation is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer who will take full ownership of features from design to deployment. This role involves working with a tech stack including Ruby (Rails), Angular, TypeScript, MySQL, and Elasticsearch.

Ideal candidates will have proven full stack expertise, experience in Agile delivery, and a desire to leverage AI tools in daily workflows. The position offers flexibility with remote working arrangements while requiring local residency in the Philippines for compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with full stack development using Ruby (Rails), Angular, and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL design and performance tuning.
• Experience with AGILE methodologies and JIRA-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Participate in agile delivery and scrum activities.
• Own the design, development, and testing of features.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
