Job summary

LTST-L&T Semiconductor Technologies Limited in the Philippines is seeking an experienced FPGA prototyping/emulation engineer to own end-to-end activities for complex SoC designs. You will manage multi-FPGA prototyping, thread timing closure, and bitfile generation across platforms like HAPS and Protium.

The role requires deep collaboration with Design, DV, Firmware and Board teams to diagnose and resolve issues, with opportunities to drive automation and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Execute and own FPGA prototyping and emulation for complex SoC designs.
• Lead multi-FPGA prototyping, timing closure and bitfile generation.
• Collaborate with Design, DV, Firmware and Board teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end FPGA prototyping and emulation for SoC/ASIC designs, including RTL prep, synthesis, partitioning, P&R and validation.
• Take ownership of FPGA prototype model bring-up on platforms such as HAPS and Protium.
• Support multi-FPGA partitioning, inter-FPGA connectivity, and routing challenges.
• Perform FPGA synthesis, P&R and timing analysis; address bottlenecks and timing violations.
• Develop automation for FPGA builds, regression, and timing/QoR extraction.
