Job summary

Lattice Semiconductor, a global leader in low power programmable logic, seeks a Senior Applications Engineer in Manila to drive FPGA reference designs for server connectivity. You will deliver demonstrations, support customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies.

The role requires RTL programming proficiency (Verilog/VHDL), experience with FPGA tools, and strong communication skills to guide customers through design and integration challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Verilog, VHDL, or equivalent RTL programming.
• Experience with FPGA tools and development environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across multiple global sites.
• Expertise in timing analysis and closure for complex FPGA projects is a definite plus.
• Experience with scripting languages (TCL, Bash, Python) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain FPGA reference designs for server connectivity applications.
• Deliver solution demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer engineering engagements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design and integration issues.
