Job summary

Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer in the Philippines to lead FPGA-based server connectivity solutions. You will develop reference designs and demonstrate solutions while engaging with customers and internal teams across R&D, marketing, and sales.

The ideal candidate has strong RTL-level programming skills (Verilog/VHDL), solid FPGA design understanding, and experience with FPGA tools. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in RTL programming languages (Verilog/VHDL) and FPGA design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience with FPGA tools and scripting languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain FPGA reference designs for server connectivity.
• Deliver demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams across global sites on engagements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Troubleshoot design and integration issues with customers.
