Job summary

Thumbtack is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to partner with leadership across finance and operations in the Philippines. You will own monthly and annual forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis, delivering insights to drive growth and cost optimization while maintaining data integrity.

You will leverage strong financial modeling in Excel and Google Workspace, collaborate with stakeholders, reconcile headcount, and support commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytics skills with Excel and G-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly and annual forecasts and budgets for all opex spend with variance analysis.
• Forecast with stakeholder alignment and understanding of spend drivers.
• Provide front-line support for ad hoc financial analysis requests and data visualization.
