Job summary

Sun Life Financial Philippines is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join our finance team and support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. You will partner with business units to consolidate plans, monitor cost centers, and deliver timely insights to drive cost efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in FP&A within a BPO/shared services setting, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to present data to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy degree, CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in FP&A, preferably in BPO/shared services.
• Strong cost allocations and intercompany knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Collaborate with business units to gather inputs and consolidate plans.
• Review budgets and monitor cost control against approvals.
• Prepare monthly reports with variance analysis vs budget/forecast.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for service delivery costs and efficiency.
• Highlight risks and opportunities; assist FP&A manager with insights.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
