Job summary

Our Clients in Calamba, Laguna is seeking an FP&A Lead to support senior management in financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

You will work with finance, operations, and business leaders to develop financial plans, build models, and provide data-driven recommendations for key business decisions. Strong Excel skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field and strong financial acumen.
• Professional certification (CPA/CMA) is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting or related roles.
• Proficiency with Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and consolidate annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Build scalable financial models to support planning and decisions.
• Deliver dashboards and management reporting for performance tracking.
• Identify variances and provide actionable recommendations.
