Job summary

Mastercard Philippines Accounting Team is a key part of the Controllership organization, responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting and accounting operations for the Philippines entity, including accounts payable, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and period-end close.

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (Statutory and Regulatory Reporting) will oversee statutory financials, audits across the Americas, develop controls, and drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA/CA equivalent.
• Proficiency with Excel, Hyperion, and Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of internal control concepts; audit experience is a plus.
• Detail oriented with analytical and financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee statutory financial reporting for the Americas including US, Canada, Mexico.
• Prepare financial statements and coordinate statutory audits across entities.
• Develop and document controls around financial activities and data extracts.
• Oversee data extracts for accounting and supplemental reporting.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive process improvements.
