Job summary

Manulife in the Philippines seeks a Finance FP&A professional to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial data production, reporting, and forecasting for Global Wealth and Asset Management. You will consolidate data from multiple stakeholders and support North America regions.

You will lead forecasting, develop templates, and enhance reporting processes, working closely with MBPS FP&A team and Canada Wealth units. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Anaplan skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting/ Finance; CPA preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in a finance role; Wealth/Asset Management experience is an asset.
• Experience in automating processes is a plus.
• Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
• Power BI, Power Apps and Anaplan knowledge are advantageous.
• Strong technical accounting skills with understanding of financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, analyze, and synthesize large volumes of financial and non-financial information from stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Lead forecasting activities for the Canada Wealth business unit.
• Improve reporting processes to increase efficiency during month-end and quarter-end cycles.
• Support annual consolidated planning, trend investigation, and presentation deck preparation.
• Collaborate with North America Wealth stakeholders and FP&A teammates to ensure smooth reporting and planning processes.
