Job summary

Grant Thornton Global Capability Services Philippines seeks an FP&A Manager to drive strategic financial analysis and forecasting. You will own global Balance Sheet and Cash Flow models, build ROI analyses, and integrate AI-based forecasting tools to enhance speed, accuracy, and depth of financial insights.

The role requires 3–6 years in corporate FP&A, advanced Excel, and deep SaaS finance knowledge. Work is conducted in a remote structure with a night shift (12am–8am PH Time).

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of corporate FP&A experience with complex financial models.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency for large data models and formulas.
• Deep understanding of Balance Sheet and Cash Flow mechanics in SaaS contexts.
• Strong SaaS metrics knowledge: ARR, Churn, LTV, CAC; revenue recognition.
• Experience with ERP and billing systems (NetSuite, Zuora).
• Able to work independently in a remote, night-shift setting (PH time).

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and improve global Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasting models with Accounting.
• Build ROI models and sensitivity analyses for capital allocation decisions.
• Integrate AI forecasting tools and automate FP&A data workflows.
• Develop and scale complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Extract and clean large datasets from ERPs/data warehouses for monthly/quarterly reports.
• Develop KPIs and ensure automated, repeatable data delivery.
• Provide analytical support and structured financial models to business partners.
