Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite.
• Understanding of US GAAP or IFRS.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross functionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Willingness to work a graveyard shift aligned with PST hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST).

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly, annual forecasts and budgets for all opex spend with variance analysis.
• Forecast accurately and understand spend drivers and assumptions.
• Evaluate trade-offs and conduct scenario planning.
• Provide front-line support for ad hoc financial analyses and present data insights.
• Develop efficiency metrics to inform growth and cost management.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and reconcile headcount data.
• Collaborate with business partners to meet their needs and optimize costs.
• Support Sales in aligning commissions with financials.
