Crawford in Manila, Philippines offers a hybrid Financial Planning & Analysis role focused on delivering timely reporting, insights, and cost controls to support strategic initiatives. You will build and maintain robust financial models and dashboards to inform decision-making at the management level.

The position requires a solid accounting/finance background, a minimum of five years in corporate finance, and CPA/CMA is desirable.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance broadening assignments and experience.
• CPA and/or CMA highly desirable.
• High level of proficiency in developing financial models.
• Strong analytical and problem solving capability.
• Proficiency in Visio, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint), Sharepoint and Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and information clearly and diplomatically.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate financial acumen founded on solid fundamentals and business understanding.
• Provide effective and timely financial advice/analysis with insights and analytics to management.
• Develop advanced Excel models to assist in reporting and analysis.
• Track financial performance for operational programs and initiatives.
• Utilize complex financial models incorporating relevant metrics and drivers.
• Implement business tools and coordinate training as assigned.
• Ensure all financial and management reporting requirements are met and develop metrics/dashboard reporting.
• Collect, analyzes and reports on key drivers and metrics.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives related to business unit objectives.
• Assist in strategic planning and monitoring of strategic initiatives.
• Prepare competitive analysis, market research, and client analysis.
• Communicate results to management and operational teams weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Uphold Crawford Code of Business Conduct at all times.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
