Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5 years of corporate finance experience with broad responsibilities.
• CPA and/or CMA highly desirable.
• Strong financial modeling proficiency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Visio, MS Office, SharePoint and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely reporting and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Deliver objective business insights and external financial perspective to management.
• Develop advanced Excel models for reporting and analysis.
• Track financial performance for operational programs.
• Utilize complex financial models incorporating relevant metrics and drivers.
• Implements business tools and processes and coordinates training as assigned.
• Ensure all financial and management reporting requirements are met; lead metrics/dashboard reporting.
• Collect, analyze and report on key drivers and metrics.
• Support process-improvement initiatives related to business unit objectives.
• Assist in strategic planning and monitoring of initiatives across the organization.
