Job summary

Crawford - Mondiales in Manila is seeking an experienced finance professional to provide timely reporting and actionable insights to guide strategic decisions. The role focuses on cost control, financial modeling, and performance tracking across programs.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, analyzing drivers, and presenting results to management on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, while upholding the Crawford Code of Business Conduct and coordinating related process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance broadening assignments and experience, with expertise in a number of functional areas.
• CPA and/or CMA highly desirable.
• High level of proficiency in developing financial models.
• Strong analytical and problem solving capability.
• Proficiency in Visio, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint), Sharepoint and Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and information in a clear, concise, organized and diplomatic manner; ask appropriate questions in order to obtain information; listen to others to respond effectively to ideas and questions.
• Proficiency with project planning software tools, preferably Microsoft Project, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate financial acumen and business understanding to support decision-making.
• Provide timely financial advice/analysis with insights and metrics to management.
• Develop advanced financial models to aid reporting and analysis.
• Track financial performance for operational programs and initiatives.
• Utilize complex financial models and relevant drivers of the business.
• Lead the development and implementation of improved metrics/dashboard reporting.
• Collect, analyze and report on key drivers and metrics.
• Assist in strategic planning and execution of organizational initiatives.
• Prepare competitive analysis, market research, and client analysis.
• Communicate results to management and teams on a regular basis.
• Uphold Crawford Code of Business Conduct at all times.
