Job summary

NCC Group is seeking an FP&A Analyst in Manila to join our Finance team. The role supports data-driven decision making, with responsibility for performance reporting, KPI analysis, and forecasting. 2 days per week on-site in Taguig, hybrid work arrangement, and opportunities to expand into broader FP&A partnering.

The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel, strong analytical skills, experience with large data sets, and excellent communication to influence stakeholders across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
• Analyse financial and operational KPI data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate data into actionable insights to support decision making.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and planning with high-quality analysis.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to define information needs and deliver insights.
• Highlight variances and areas needing management attention.
