Growth to Finance Manager/VP Finance

Job summary

Eightx - Fractional CFOs for FMCG Brands is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to own a portfolio of clients end-to-end, building financial models, running monthly numbers, and fielding questions directly from owners and their investors.

You’ll report to our FP&A Manager and work with senior partners in a small team where growth into Finance Manager or VP Finance is real as we scale.

Qualifications

5+ years of finance experience with 3-statement financial models.
Working understanding of US GAAP; IFRS/Canadian GAAP exposure is a plus.
Bachelor's or master's degree plus a professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CFA/MBA in Finance).
Experience in high-intensity, deadline-driven environments (Big 4, consulting, equity research, investment banking or FP&A).
Strong analytical and communication skills, able to turn analysis into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of clients end-to-end with financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Build and maintain 3-statement financial models and run monthly variance analyses.
Respond to client and investor questions and incorporate feedback into models.
Benchmark metrics against industry data and create scenario planning.
Prepare monthly reporting and KPI dashboards, monitoring cash flow.
