Job summary

HireHawk Recruitment Services is seeking a financially savvy Analyst to support a growing U.S.-based client. This remote, full-time role focuses on rigorous financial analysis, cash flow modeling, and actionable insights for leadership.

You will own forecasting, budgeting, and P&L reporting, partner with cross-functional teams, and adapt models as business inputs evolve, while aligning with Pacific Time business hours.

Qualifications

• Expertise in financial analysis, cash flow modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience supporting e-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer brands.
• Experience building complex financial models for planning and scenario analysis.
• Strong background in recurring financial reports and variance analysis.
• Experience providing ad hoc insights to support management and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and refine cash flow, P&L, and budgeting models.
• Lead budgeting and reforecasting processes.
• Track monthly P&L performance and analyze variances.
• Develop cash flow forecasts and identify risks.
• Deliver clear financial reporting to leadership.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to inform decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally to align models with drivers.
