Job summary

Hire Hangar is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own the full-year forecast and present insights to non-finance stakeholders. This role requires an advanced Excel modeler who can manage rolling forecasts and collaborate with department heads remotely.

The ideal candidate has senior FP&A experience, strong Anaplan or enterprise planning familiarity, and comfort using remote tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana). Experience with US/UK markets is preferred.

Qualifications

Near-native English is required for daily communication with non-finance stakeholders.
Senior FP&A experience with ownership of a full-year forecast and variance analysis.
Advanced Excel modeling skills to build and optimize complex models from scratch.
Anaplan experience or strong background with an enterprise planning tool.
Comfort presenting financial data to commercial and operational leaders.

Responsibilities

Maintain a rolling full-year forecast including income statement and cash flows.
Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis and present findings to department heads.
Prepare contribution margin reports and inventory efficiency analysis.
Lead sales planning including deals, pipeline, and conversion rates for the forecast.
Support budget season (Oct–Dec), the peak planning period.
Maintain and update the Anaplan model.
Perform advanced Excel modeling for ad hoc analyses.
Pull light Salesforce data for pipeline and forecast inputs.
