Job summary

Frontline Accounting is seeking a skilled financial modeller to provide CFO-style support from a permanent WFH setup in the Philippines. You will build and maintain 3-way models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), budgets, forecasts, and scenario analysis to support client decision making.

The role requires advanced Excel, familiarity with MYOB/Xero/QBO, and experience with Power BI. You will guide junior team members and deliver high-quality reports while communicating complex numbers clearly.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical experience.
• Experience building 3-way models, budgets, and forecasts.
• Familiarity with MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks Online highly regarded.
• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with a logical, structured approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain numbers simply.
• A genuine interest in working in a collaborative, fast growing advisory firm.
• Must have a stable internet connection for a work-from-home arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Building and updating financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
• Supporting monthly client lock-down and planning processes.
• Preparing scenario and sensitivity analysis for client decision making
• Updating client dashboards and management reporting.
• Providing ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
• Assisting with Power BI and advanced reporting capability development.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Build and contribute ideas to improve modelling methodologies.
• Financial Modelling & Analysis: Build and maintain 3-way financial models and projections.
• Develop modelling templates, tools, and IP; refine standards for consistency.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively to ensure timely, accurate client deliverables.
