Job summary

HireHawk seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with CFOs across multiple client engagements. You will own financial data, models, and insights to protect margins, allocate capital, and scale smarter.

This is a hands-on role for building three-statement models from scratch and delivering investor-ready analysis for senior leaders. The position is remote, full-time, and supports a confidential client roster advising founder-led brands from startup through scale and M&A.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of progressive FP&A or related finance experience.
• Proven ownership of planning cycles and end-to-end reporting.
• Advanced modeling with multi-year three-statement models.
• Strong accounting knowledge: accrual, revenue, COGS, and inventory.
• Experience with consumer/retail business models and CFO-facing work.
• Excellent communication with CFOs, founders, and executives.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly financial data management across a portfolio of client companies.
• Build and manage KPI dashboards, executive reporting, and board materials.
• Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Develop 1-, 3-, and 5-year financial models, scenarios, and cash runway.
• Analyze unit economics, pricing, channel mix, vendor terms, and margins.
• Support fundraising, M&A, and investor materials with data and insights.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for non-finance stakeholders.
