Rocket Clicks in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst / FP&A Analyst to elevate financial analysis across the organization. You will build models, forecast, and turn data into actionable insights for senior leaders, with a key focus on adopting AI in finance and reporting.

You will work closely with executives, translating complex results for non-finance stakeholders and developing dashboards to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Experience using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated use of AI in finance or analysis workflows; able to explain results to non-finance stakeholders.

• Perform deep financial analysis and proactively identify insights, trends, and solutions.
