Aprio is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Office of the CFO in the Philippines. The role involves supporting financial reporting, analysis, and special projects while collaborating with the U.S.-based CFO team.

You will be involved in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, enabling informed decision-making at the leadership level. With a night shift schedule, this position requires 3+ years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and lookups.
• Ability to work effectively across time zones with U.S.-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Office of the CFO in Preparing and Analyzing Monthly Financial Results.
• Assist in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis.
• Collaborate with Accounting and FP&A teams to collect and validate data.
• Support M&A-Related Financial Integrations and Post-Acquisition Analysis.
• Develop Process Documentation and Recommend Improvements.
