Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. in Mandaluyong, Philippines, is seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our APAC team.

You’ll partner with FP&A to influence strategic decisions and drive financial performance across planning cycles and projects. The role requires 8–10 years in finance, strong data analytics, and hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, Salesforce, Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years solid working experience in a finance role or a relevant qualification to perform the role.
• Strategic thinking combined with excellent data analytical and problem-solving skills by proactively reviewing financial data to make recommendations.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle) and significant, Salesforce, advanced Excel skills with the proven ability to analyze large data sets.
• Advanced technical skills including proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of VBA, Power Query and Power BI will be a very strong asset.
• Experience working in an Engineering, Consulting, IT firm is an advantage
• Ability to engage stakeholders and to build appropriate partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Preparing weekly and monthly reports and insightful analysis for management and finance teams.
• Identifying business trends to support decision making.
• Assisting in the control and consolidation of annual budgets, quarterly forecast, hit list, backlogfiles.
• May be involved in budgeting and forecasting for the assigned M&A PUs.
• Ensuring SOX and US GAAP compliance and best-practice reporting.
• Reviewing monthly financial adjustments and improvement opportunities.
• Improving standardization of reporting and processes.
• Preparing ad hoc analysis as required.
• Assisting wider finance teams with analysis of project data.
• Building reporting for the region and driving standardization.
• Gathering stakeholder requirements and translating into reporting solutions.
