Michael Page International Recruitment (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with country leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

You will translate guidance into country targets and drive financial performance through insightful analysis and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires 5+ years FP&A experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with ERP/planning systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ERP/planning systems advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to drive financial analysis and stakeholder partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with country leadership and functional heads on FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Translate regional guidance into country-level financial targets and recommendations.
• Analyze risks and opportunities to drive financial objectives.
• Influence business decisions through stakeholder management and financial partnership.
• Support pricing governance, commercial evaluations, deal economics, and profitability initiatives.
• Lead pricing assessments, margin analysis, and portfolio optimization projects.
• Perform financial analysis on capital investments and business cases.
• Oversee month-end reporting activities and sales incentive calculations.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams on FP&A initiatives and best practices.
• Drive process improvements and system optimization efforts.
• Ensure financial rigor in investment evaluations and feasibility assessments.
