Job summary

Patra Philippines LLC seeks an FP&A Analyst to provide core financial planning and analysis support to the Director, FP&A, covering budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and variance analysis for the US finance calendar.

The role is hands-on and deadline-driven: you own reporting packages, maintain models, and translate results into clear explanations. Strong Excel and AI tool experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 2-5+ years of hands-on FP&A experience (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis).
• Experience preparing recurring management reporting packages under monthly close deadlines.
• Ability to work US Eastern Time hours.
• Advanced Excel skills with multi-tab models, lookups and pivots.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts, budgeting principles and KPIs.
• Ability to communicate data-driven results clearly to stakeholders in different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Monthly reporting: prepare and maintain recurring financial packages and department/service line reporting.
• Budgeting and forecasting: support annual budget and reforecast cycles and consolidate plans.
• Variance analysis: analyze actual vs budget/forecast, identify drivers, draft commentary.
• Models and data integrity: maintain schedules and reconciling to GL and source systems.
• Ad hoc analysis: provide analyses and exhibits for executive leadership.
• Process improvement: help implement improvements to reporting and forecasting processes with AI tools.
• Partnering: coordinate with Accounting/Operations during close and flag risks to deadlines.
